PLEASE NOTE: E-MAIL TO BE USED FOR SOME INFORMATION At our March 2, 2004 meeting, the NCTDF Board of Directors decided that some information would be sent to members via e-mail. Minutes, meeting notices, dues notices, and other official business information will still be sent via the U. S. Postal Service. Flyers for events sponsored by our Club and/or other clubs, reminders, etc, will be sent via e-mail. Using e-mail provides more timely notification of some events, and saves the Club money and time. When possible, for meetings held at shows, once the judging schedule is posted, the exact time of the meeting will be e-mailed. If you do not have email and would like all* information sent via the USPS, please inform Diana Moreland, Secretary (deargeorge@sbcglobal.net) (*Exact meeting time of meetings at shows and other such last minute updates will only be e-mailed, however). If you have difficulty opening attachments or any problems with information sent via e-mail, please contact the person sending the information, or Daina Moreland or Lee Greever. E-mail with attachments will always have a short note so you can tell it is indeed coming from NCTDF. And please let any Board member know your feedback on how this use of e-mail is/is not working for you! Additionally, if your e-mail address changes, please be sure to inform Diana Moreland, Secretary (deargeorge@sbcglobal.net). |
