Our last dinner was a wonderful German meal. Everyone ate way too much, but it was a great way to end our vacation. We even sat outside in the cool Colorado air, something we won't be able to do in Texas for some time...
Driving through Kansas, we could see the Cathedral of the Plains for miles. We dropped in to admire the workmanship and beautiful stained glass.
We stopped for dinner in Lindsburg, KS. It also goes by the name of "Little Sweden". The town was a Swedish settlement, and still holds on to its heritage. These Dala Horses were all over the city, and you can see in the shop that they import many Swedish products.
