classes Monday and Thursday, from 8:00 am to 12:30 p.m. and in the evening,
from 6:00 pm to 8:05 pm. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I teach from 8:00
am to 10:05 am, and in the evening, from 6:00 pm to 8:05 pm.
- I can arrange
for conferences on Monday through Friday outside of the hours I teach.

presenter, Heald May 2000 Conference; "He Dances in Class. Does
Instructor Enthusiasm Matter?" Member of the National Council
of Teachers of Mathematics.

in early October I try to make my way to a Gathering
of Men at the
Buffalo Gap Camp in Capon Bridge, West Virginia. There I seek to renew
and revitalize myself, while I strengthen my connection to men very
important in my life.
- I was very
much moved and saddened by the attack and killing of our shipmates aboard
USS
COLE (DDG-67)
in October, 2000 during what was intended to be a brief stop for fuel
in Aden, Yemen. Please honor with me the dedication and bravery of these
men and women who gave of their last full measure.
