Newport High School Alumni & Associates, Inc. held their Installation Dinner dance on Sunday, September 18, 2005 at the Newport Syndicate. It was a gala affair and enjoyed by all that attended. We had one Alumnus come from Hawaii to be with us. The new officers for the next two years are Marlene Wilmot Gerding, President; Betty Walker Johnson, Vice-President; and Stan Jones, Program Director. They join George Gore, Past President; Lois Gutekunst Gore, Treasurer; Wanda Robinson Quinn, Secretary; and Stella M. Bowen, Public Relations Director in comprising the Executive Committee.
