Suffering
This picture was created digitally in Fractal Design's Painter using the loaded oils brushes. I did it in one sitting, late at night on Thursday, August 19, 1999, and completed it at half past midnight on the morning of August 20. It is my first attempt to take a style which I have often used with pencil, and translate it into a new medium. It is for Karen.
