| SURGERY!
Reese finally had her surgery today, at 1.00. Her doctors decided not to wait anymore,she was doing OK & they didn't want to chance that she wasn't going to get better.When they opened her they were shocked, everything moved back except for her liver! They moved her liver back & patched & stitched the hole in her diaphragm. Her sats were at 100% following the surgery-excellent! High Frequency Oscilator is maxed out-but they knew that would happen.Tonight is cricitical-PRAY!

| Reese had a very bad night last night. She has some internal bleeding, so they put her on a blood clotter. Reese still has severe Pulmonary Hypertension. Her numbers did go back up. The Doctors told Danny it was a small miracle that she made it through surgery, but they said it will take another small miracle to get through the next few weeks. It's up to Reese now..... |
Danny has been receiving many messages on her cell phone, she apologizes as she will not be able to call anyone back. She does spend most of her time in the hospital and no cell phones are aloud on in the hospital.
But she does thank everyone for the words of encouragement... |

The night of surgery and the day after was good for Reese. However she still has Pulmanary Hypertension: Her lungs aren't expanding, they're just not pliable yet. Last night didn't got too well, she had a chest tube inserted. The doctors said that they did expect that to happen. The Doctors said her recovery was going to be difficult and that she still had a long road ahead of her. We're Praying!
