No. 2 February 18, 2003 GOOD NEWS!!! Reese off of ECMO As of 1:00 PM today, Reese has been off of ECMO for 2 hours! They are just waiting for the surgeon to come down and unhook the machine. To unhook the machine Reese will have a small surgery. February 20. Reese is successfully off of ECMO! They let her wake up for a few hours yesterday and Danny & Tony got to be with her. Danny is awaiting to hear about her surgery, they are hoping for it this weekend. This is the surgery that will correct the hole in her diaphgram, and they will put her intestines back where they should be. Reese is doing well. Keep Praying - it's working!!!!
