iBlog 1.4.6 v2 update

Here is a new build of 1.4.6 that fixes the issue with HTML tags in RSS feeds.

The previous builds have allowed html tags (img etc) in RSS feeds but there was an issue in 1.4.6 that removed html tags in the RSS feeds, this build adds support for that.
よう分からんけれど、入れ替える。

今までのＲＳＳはおかしかったってこと？　ちゃんと Bloglines などでは html tags は有効だったと思うけれど……。新しいのを使って一発入れてみる。
