Today Vineyard went out on the town. We met the Gordon's and Lauren at the First Nations Alliance Church for their 2 p.m. service. Marnie joined us once we were there. It was a wonder and warming time together and an amazing time in God's presence. Tom again shared about Isaiah 62 and how it can be used as a tool for intercession. I was deeply moved as we prayed this passage over and over again inserting our city, our nation, Saskatchewan, our children, the first nations people, and one another's church fellowships. Dry eyes were not an option... not for me, anyway. A powerful time of connecting, horizontally and vertically.

By the way, did anyone else know about the HUGE children's program that goes on there? There must have been a hundred kids there. It doesn't sound that big, I guess. But compared to the twenty folks that were upstairs it was a mite overwhelming.

Oh yeah, my son, Ian lost his jacket, but we prayed and it came home waging it's tail behind it.
