I will be the first one to admit that it is silly to say something like "Keep Arkansas Beautiful: Don't Litter" but I had to say something and I do care about keeping my state beautiful. I like the idea that the Green Team came up with and publicized on one of Paul Hamelton's videos: Carry a trash bag with you every time you fly and while you are waiting for your retrieval, Pick up some trash. I do pick up a little bit while I am waiting but I have yet to remember to bring a trash bag with me. Even if you decide never to pick up other people's garbage, just keeping your rubbish where it belongs will be a good start at keeping my state and my country beautiful.
