Logging on to ProQuest
To begin searching ProQuest, start your Web browser and go to the homepage of Long Beach City College Library at http://lib.lbcc.edu. Next, click on "Online Databases." You will then see a list of the letters in the alphabet. Click on "P" for ProQuest, then click on "ProQuest."
When you access ProQuest remotely from your home or office computer, for example, you will be prompted to enter an account name and password. You can get this information at the LAC or PCC Library. Just go to the Reference Desk and ask a librarian for a list of passwords.
