I have been meeting with John weekly for some time now and doing so has changed my life. Because of him I am doing something I have never done before and always wanted to. I am writing and recording my own songs. He taught me to play the guitar with methods that make it easy and fun. He is a wonderful teacher and inspiration for me. I would refer anyone to him. I feel priveledged to have him as a teacher and friend.

Until I found John, I thought you had to be born with a special talent to really learn to play. Not only can John teach anyone to play,he makes it fun so that you love to practice. He is a special person. After an hour with John, I feel the way I should feel after an hour of therapy. Finding John has been a true blessing (and I'm not spiritual). If I had found him when I was young, I truly belie ve my life would have been different.If I had the money, I'd take ten lessons a week,although that wouldn't be fair to others. I think you get my drift.

Pros:
A Special and Rewarding experience

There are no cons.

John Whelan is absolutely fabulous! He has taught me for years & he has inspired and uplifted me tremendously. His knowledge of music tied in with spirituality is refreshing and motivating. He takes music to a whole new level. Anyone who taps into John will certainly share in my appreciation for him and his wisdom. He not only make learning fun, but somehow makes it EASY too! You'll love it.
