WITHER THE BMW PASSION
aka "blue & white flu"

As a child growing up I would visit my grandparents and for years watch three vintage BMW motorcycles
rot away in their neighbor's yard. In 2000, after about 15 years of this I approached the owner of the bikes
and promptly paid $500 cash for the most complete of his derelict old BMWs.

Imagine my joy upon returning home and realizing that I just "found" a matching number R50S of which
only 1,634 where ever produced! This was a "hot" 500cc bike with a high reving motor delivering a heart
stopping 35hp and 100mph top speed.

From there I have bought, sold, or worked on several vintage BMWs for pure enjoyment.
I am not in the BMW parts or restoration business, I only work as a hobby.
