No matter how difficult your day was--with traffic congestion, busy sidewalks, noisy and trash strewn streets--you arrive into this little oasis we call home surrounded by beautiful trees, bushes, and countless colorful flowers and plants.
Perhaps you think the beautification of your home is done by outside professionals, perhaps you think it's a perk that comes from your maintenance payment each month, and perhaps you never even thought of where it all came from. Quite simply, the basic maintenance of the grounds is covered to a degree by your maintenance payment, but the true beautification of the grounds is a result of the efforts of residents and professionals who have donated their time and money to create all that you see.
