How to Help Us
The first thing to do, of course, is to do what you can do to start reusing chopsticks and spreading the word. You can help out this project in a number of ways. We are just getting rolling and of course could certainly use funding. I'm still in the process of looking for a non-profit organization to adopt this project so that donations can be tax-deductable. I hope that we'll get the restaurant pilot program going in a number of different kinds of restaurants, and in preparing the materials it would be great to have people who could translate into Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese or Thai (and into other languages at some point.) When we have more materials available we'll probably need help distributing them. If you live in Honolulu you could also help construct and staff an information booth that it would be nice to have at some of the outdoor fairs and festivals. We also need more information about the issue. our Wish List
