Did Castro order the murder of JFK?The director of many documentaries, Wilfried
Huismann and his American co-author Gus Russo, present a new theory about who
ordered the murder of J.F. Kennedy. According to Spiegel
online,
Huismann has been working for five years on this documentary. Besides new facts
and data about the case, Huismann has something nobody else had in the past: a
witness: Oscar Marino, a former member of the Cuban foreign secret service G2.
According to Spiegel online, Oscar Marino committed the murder and said that we
did it. We created the plan to kill JFK and executed
it.
This seems to be the complete opposite view of what many had expected. Over the last twenty and more years, many suspected the CIA and exile Cubans to be the masterminds behind the assassination. Huismann, according to the report in Spiegel, rather a Cuban sympathist who travelled over twenty times to Cuba and made movies about Allende, initially did not want to work on the JFK murder case. It was an interview about Fidel Castro's German mistress Marita Lorenz and a conversation with the FBI agent James Hosty, which sparked Huismann's interest. Hosty was one of the agents who also talked to Lee Harvey Oswald after the Kennedy assassination. Hosty said that Oswald gave disdainful answers and was only shocked after the investigators asked him about his visit of the Cuban embassy in Mexico City in September 1963. Huismann's documentary, which will be aired in Germany on January 6th, focuses on Oswald's six day visits in Mexico City. Huismann was also able to meet a former leftist student leader, Oswald met during his visits in Mexico. After more interviews and further inquiries, the German journalist was able to talk to further witnesses who saw Oswald talking to some employees of the Cuban Embassy. A further mexican journalists helps Huismann with his investigations in Mexico and was able to prove that Oswald was requesting a Cuban visa. Huismann followed up with an interview with Rolando Cubela, a former comrade of Fidel Castro and a CIA agent, who was supposed to assassinate Castro in 1963, while Oswald was ordered to go to Mexico. Not only Oscar Marino talks about how Oswald was hired by the Cubans, another former Cuban activist tells Huismann that Oswald was hired in Summer 1962 after the KGB recommended Oswald.
