15 0CTOBRE 2005 VISITE DE MICHEL CARINE HERMAN ET LISA A LA GALERIE LELONG VERNISSAGE DE NICOLA DE MARIAGALERIE LELONG
NICOLA DE MARIA O VITA, NELL'ARTE MANTIENI INTATTO IL TUO MISTERO 15 octobre - 19 novembre 2005 Vingt ans après. HERMAN LISA CARINE MICHEL Lisa Friedman, Ph.D. and Herman Gyr,
Ph.D. are the founders and principals
of the Enterprise Development Group, a consulting and training firm specializing
in strategy development and implementation for work groups facing complex
change. They use the concepts presented in their book to enable those in
businesses and institutions to create Dynamic Enterprises—to look
courageously and strategically into the future, and to build the responses to
what they see into their enterprises as quickly as possible.
In their training and consulting practices,
Friedman and Gyr have worked with companies and institutions across a range of
industries, including high tech, healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing,
financial services, insurance, hotels, real estate, universities, fisheries, and
the military. Within these groups, they have worked with individual CEO’s
or executives, with management teams, and with project and change teams facing a
range of business and organizational challenges. This work has included the
"harder" business strategy, planning, and change management issues, in
conjunction with the frequently needed "softer" side of change—the culture
change, team building, conflict resolution, and individual coaching often
required to bring the strategy into reality.
Friedman and Gyr are currently developing the
Millennium Strategy
Workshops, to enable
participants to examine their enterprises from a broader and longer-term
perspective.
