Rebuilding a piano is a complex process. It requires much skill, knowledge, and patience, with painstaking attention to detail. Cutting corners is not an option. Superior musical results will not be attained unless fine quality parts are obtained and carefully installed and adjusted. Cheap parts will give poor results and require more labor, and should always be avoided.

Complete vs. Parital Rebuilding

A complete rebuilding is not always necessary, and there are some aspects of rebuilding that are best done only in rare circumstances.
