The process is I cut a piece of Dicrohic glass out with a ring saw. Then I use photoshop to make a design and print it on to fason. Then I place it over the glass. I then I cut out the design with a exacto knife. The next step involes an acid which removes the layer of dicrohic. Next I fuse clear glass over the design. After the first firing I grind down the edges of the piece so that it fits perfectly into the already made belt buckle. Then I fire a second time to smooth the edges out. Lastly I take a glass/metal adhesive and attach it to the belt buckle.
