LA PAZ (MM) -- Our government is shelling out over $200 billion to avenge 3,000 deaths, and that's just a down payment. That comes to $70,000,000 per life. For the same amount of money we could have avenged 4,000,000 deaths over the last five years in the Congo for $50,000 each. Much better deal. A prettier countryside to rule, too. More...
