  • Alexandria (1): 27 year old man.
  • Amelia County (1): a 6 year old girl.
  • Chesapeake (2): a 34 year old woman; a 27 year old woman.
  • Fredericksburg (1): a woman.
  • Hampton Roads (1): a teenage girl (Windsor High School).
  • Henry County (1): a man from Martinsville.
  • Montgomery County (1): a 15 year old girl in Christiansburg.
  • Mount Rogers Health District (1)
  • Pittsylvannia-Danville Health District (1): a man.
  • Prince William Health District (1)
  • Roanoke City (1): a 58 year old woman (a teacher).
