The last report from Indonesia to the WHO regarding its H5N1 human cases was on January 22, 2009. Four cases were reported March 2009 in the media. Few details were provided. Although some guesses may be made based on Indonesian language reports, conflicting press accounts make the identity of the four cases uncertain. The Indonesian Health Minister, Dr. Siti Fadilah Supari, has refused to provide more information.
