Lubusz Voivodship (1): a 27 year old man (a priest) from Gorzow Wielkopolski;
Masovian Voivodeship (3): a 47 year old man in Ciechanów; an 8 year old girl in Warsaw; a 41 year old man in Warsaw.
Podlaskie Voivodship (1): a 15 year old girl in Suwalki.
Pomeranian Voivodeship (7): a 22 year old man in Czluchów; a 54 year old woman in Gdansk; a 47 year old man from Gdansk; a 66 year old man in Gdansk; a 37 year old man from Puck in Gdansk; a 53 year old man from Glówczyce in Slupsk; a 49 year old woman from Starogard Gdanski.
