An agricultural official from the Peshawar area (North-West Frontier Province) became ill on October 29, 2007 after being involved in culling H5N1 infected birds. Several of his relatives were involved in his care. One brother became ill on November 12, 2007 and died on November 19. Their 25 year old brother became sick on November 21, 2007. He died on November 28. Another relative became ill on November 21, 2007, but recovered. This is likely a human-to-human cluster and possibly a human-to-human-to-human cluster.
