Alert Levels

The color-coded alert level is not associated with any government or institution. It represents my personal estimation of risk. I'm using Red to indicate that I think a pandemic may have started.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) uses a 6 phase system for alert levels. The current official WHO phase of pandemic alert is 5 - pandemic, widespread human infection
