like he is inviting you to visit his home. |

We saw the
original painting show in this photo. Especially moving was his
inclusion of his first (deceased) wife with her grandchild that
she didn't live to see. |

Cindy got
a "T" - shirt with this famous illustration. Rockwell
was certainly a special illustrator. He died at age 84, with
his last published work appearing when he was 82. |
