New Hampshire Visit

We paid a visit to Wally and Shirley (York Hi - '54) and saw lots of a beautiful state.

Trails near Squam Pond. Site of filming "On Golden Pond"
The boat in which we had our tour
A clasic old Chris Craft passed our dock
Underway and ready to see things
"Is that woman diving in the nude?"
A beautiful natural basin formed over years.

We hike in a short way to view more falls
We couldn't walk here during the Spring melt
Shirley would have been prettier, but Wally was all I had in view.
Many signs along the trails - flora and fauna
Where the famous Franconia Notch mountain man USED to be
An autopsy of how he died several years ago
This was the most impressive site, I thought
I estimate about a half hour climb through the flume
Examining some of the plants

This tree knows how to "hang in there"
At the top of the flume
I finally get in a picture!
Site of the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944 (set up World Bank)
My birthday celebration, but Shirley was missing some letters.
There were limited letters, but tasted GREAT!
Still qualifies as York's Homecoming Queen
