When Haters Confess

Would the Outfoxed gals actually admit to lying about Fox News? It doesn't get much better than this! With J$P Video!

For over a year we have documented and exposed hundreds of slanders and lies from the Fox haters. Time again we've caught them doctoring quotes, making stuff up, and actually claiming to critique Fox News coverage that they didn't even watch! But even we wouldn't have expected the newshounds (another fine product of the Outfoxed syndicate) to flat-out admit to fabricating and lying. Yet they did.

This was another week of typical newsmutt distortions and spin. But the fun began in earnest on Saturday, when Marie-Therese turned to a favorite news source (Al Jazeera) for a story about an oil spill in Lebanon:
...as the result of the July 13 & 15 Israeli bombings of storage towers at a Beirut power plant and, possibly, also as the result of a Hezbollah rocket attack on an Israeli ship, 30,000 tons of oil has been released into the Mediterranean, causing an immediate ecological crisis.... FOX News, so far, has not informed its viewers of this disaster, preferring to report the complexities of this conflict as if it was a Saturday morning cartoon show entitled "Big Bombs Go Boom-Boom, Go Israel Go!"

Just to protect the record, since the newspoodles have a habit of removing time-stamps from their posts when we catch them in the act, M-T published this article on Saturday, at 3:10 pm:

It is our duty to report that the newspups have been caught in another lie. Fox "has not informed its viewers" of this oil spill? From Saturday morning, hours before M-T's fraudulent post [QuickTime video]:

And then again, in the following hour [QuickTime video]:

If all this sounds somehow familiar, perhaps you are having flashbacks to just one week ago, when the newsyorkies made similar claims about Fox not covering something--claims that were also lies. But we digress. No sooner did M-T put up her false article than one of the kennel-dwellers called her out:
  • ...they reported it on it multiple times today. I heard a report during the Cavuto block this morning, and another one during the next hour. They even showed video of the waters being covered in oil.

The video clips above prove the commenter correct. Marie-Therese had some serious damage control to do. And this is when the hound lets the cat out of the bag:
When I first posted this, I had not yet watched my tape of the two-hour Cost of Freedom show. Upon viewing it, I noticed that FOX News' Greg Burke mentioned that 15,000 tons of oil had spilled. Additionally, several people have noted that the story was mentioned at least two more times during the day.

This is a stunning statement. M-T confesses that she hadn't seen Fox News coverage, had no idea what they said about this incident, but M-T went and wrote anyhow that they didn't cover this story. In other words, she made it up. She lied. What M-T admits here validates everything we have said about the newspuppies:
  • Admitted: newshounds make up phony criticisms of FNC programming they haven't even seen.
  • Admitted: when newshounds do have a tape of the Fox coverage, they don't watch it before making up lies about it.
  • Admitted: newshounds lie about Fox News without even the flimsiest evidence.

Marie-Therese's remarkable confession tells us all we need to know about the rats' nest of duplicity that is the newshounds. Charged with being frauds and liars, they have entered a plea of guilty. The court accepts their plea.
