Nov. 2009 -- Mr. Vladimiroff's new choral composition, "Walden: The Poetry of Nature" a work for chorus, baritone, piano and string orchestra, inspired by texts from the journals of Henry David Thoreau, was performed on November 14th at 8 p.m. at St James Episcopal Church, 25 West Street in Danbury. Performers for the work were: Mr. Vladimiroff on piano, the 100-voice Danbury Concert Chorus under the direction of Richard Price, and the string sections of the Danbury Symphony Orchestra. Baritone soloist was Robert Honeysucker. The work was jointly commissioned by the Danbury Music Center and Richard Price in memory of Nina Price and Amy Huberty Hawes. May 2009 -- Mr. Vladimiroff's perpared transcription of Sergei Taneyev: John of Damascus, Op. 1 (sung in Russian); was a part of a May 9 concert by the Danbury Concert Chorus and Danbury Symphony Orchestra called "Toward an Unknown Region, which took place at St. James Episcopal Church in Danbury, CT.

Feb. 2009 -- Mr. Vladimiroff's composition, The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls, won an award of distinction in the 2008-09 Longfellow Chorus International Composers Competition. This work, which is a four-part choral setting based on the Longfellow poem of the same name, was performed by the Longfellow Chorus on Feb. 28 and March 1, 2009 in concert in Portland, ME.

Nov. 2008 -- Mr. Vladimiroff with his father performed a Nov.8 concert in celebration of the Valley Presbyterian Church's new grand piano Read about it here
