The summer was extra hot and long this year. We hardly had any autumny weather at all; it was almost from summer to winter. We managed to have a few days of nice crisp weather after all, and spent those doing little trips.

Visiting grandfather in Tampere, and playing with close friend Piku "Throw me that frisbee, Daddy!" "Where did it go?" Rumba's first birthday. Two friends came over to celebrate, here Mira & Sombra Another birthday guest Aldo, Sombra's greyhound brother Rumba doing the two-step in Rajasaari: "I'm so happy we're here!" A fellow white boxer girl Lumi accepted Rumba's invitation... "OK, are you sure you're ready to do this? Look how scary my tongue is" "Don't start with me, you big softy!" Looks scary but is such fun! "What shall we do next?" Note Lumi's wee underbite... "Rumba, I agree this digging business was a great idea, but when is my turn?" Some idiot spilled acid in dog park nearby; sadly Rumba burned her face :( We also took our UK friends Tammy and Sean to Nuuksio National Park It was so beautiful!
