September Cruise of the San Juan and Canadian Gulf Islands

Return to Album index

Pix from our recent and third sailing trip to the San Juan and Guilf Islands. We chartered a 33' Pearson for two weeks and revisted some old spots in the San Juans but spent most of our time in the Gulf Islands of Canada. This time we got as far as Lady Smith Harbor on Vancouver island where we spent a couple of days at the lovely Page Point Inn. Great spot with an amazing restaurant. We rented a car to explore the island and visit Victoria. We were surprised and little disappointed to see how built up the rest of the island seemed to be. Had a great return leg with good winds and pretty good weather except for one thunderstorm. More to follow...
