 There were more news about the mass murderer at Virginia Tech. The killer Cho-Seung-Hui used the two hours between the two shootings for returning to his room, packing videos which he shot of himself, going to the post office and sending the package to NBC news. Tonight all the TV stations are playing the videos with Cho-Seung-Hui aiming two pistols, berating American society, blaming the rich and comparing himself to Christ. He presents himself as a savior.
There was some more. In 2005 Cho-Seung-Hui was stalking two girls who complained to the police and then dropped the charge. In the same year he had psychiatric examination and was diagnosed as being dangerous to himself and others. The judge failed to lock him up in mental institution. Until today, this was news to Virginia Tech leadership.
There is too much of information protection about dangerous, mentally ill patients. There are too many legal obstacles in the flow of patients data between the health institutions and schools. Mainly, there is too much of political correctness. People are afraid to point out strange, unacceptable behavior not to be called intolerant or racists. They rather find excuses for it than deal with it. It may cost lives like in Virginia Tech.

 Dozvěděli jsme se další zprávy o masovém vrahu na Virginia Tech. Zabiják Cho-Seung-Hui strávil čas mezi dvěma střelbami ve svém pokoji, aby připravil k odeslání balíček s kasetou videa, které si sám o sobě natočil. Balíček odnesl na poštu, odeslal do NBC a odešel postřílet 32 studentů. Video se dnes večer přehrává dokola na všech TV stanicích. Cho-Seung-Hui tam míří dvě pistole, pomlouvá americkou společnost, obviňuje bohaté a přirovnává se ke Kristu. Vydává se za spasitele.
Byla ještě další odhalení. V roce 2005 pronásledoval Cho-Seung-Hui dvě dívky, které si stěžovaly na policii, ale potom vzaly stížnost zpět. Ve stejném roce byl vyšetřován na psychiatrii a označen za nebezpečného sobě a svému okolí. Soudce, který měl rozhodnout o hospitalisaci, ho pustil zpět do školy. Nikdo z vedení Virginia Tech o tom do dneška nevěděl.
Máme přehnanou ochranu informací o nebezpečných, choromyslných pacientech. Je spousta legálních překážek, které nedovolují vyměnu informací o zdravotním stavu mezi zdravotními institucemi a školou. A hlavně, všude narážíme na politickou korektnost. Lidé se obávají poukázat na zvláštní, nepřijatelné chování, aby se o nich neřeklo, že jsou netolerantní a nebo rasisté. Raději hledají výmluvy, místo aby něco udělali. To potom může stát životy jako na Virginia Tech.
