 In Prague, several weeks ago, the losing national soccer team celebrated in the hotel and invited prostitutes to the rooms. When it was published, people were shocked mainly because their golden boys could do something like this after a lost match. There was no legal action.
About a year ago, the Duke University lacrosse team was celebrating a win and the players invited two strippers in the house. Next day, three white young men were accused by a black stripper of rape in the bathroom. They were suspended by the University, the coach of lacrosse team was fired and 80 Duke University professors wrote a letter condemning the students' behavior and racism.
In June 2006 the three students were indicted and charged of rape by local District Attorney on the basis of the stripper's testimony. They proclaimed their innocence and said they would be vindicated. In November the DA was reelected to the office on the platform of tough crime prosecution and protection of the rights of minorities.
In December 2006 the rape charges against the three students were dropped because of lack of evidence. No DNA of the accused was found on the stripper's body. Today the attorney general of North Caroline dropped the remaining criminal sex offense charges and declared the three young men innocent of any crimes.
The case has many aspects but to me the most important are race, political correctness and greed for money and power. The black prostitute knew that political correctness would be on her side and gain her popularity and money, despite her big lie. She presented herself as a victim of white supremacists.
The DA was looking for vote among the black voters and politically correct whites. He projected himself as a protector of black victim's rights, although he knew that the three white guys were innocent.
Despite their rehabilitation the three students are the losers. Their families lost their savings and their names will be always connected with this affair. The DA will be disbarred and sued in civil courts. The black prostitute was granted immunity, although she deserved prosecution at least for perjury. The politically correct observers will not learn and continue to look for another opportunity to attract attention.
Před několika týdny české národní fotbalové mužstvo po prohře oslavovalo v hotelu Praha a pozvalo si do pokojů prostitutky. Nic se nestalo, nebyly žádné legální následky, jen se lidé zlobili, jak mohou ti jejich zlatí chlapci oslavovat takovým způsobem prohru.
Zhruba před rokem lacrossové mužstvo university Duke vyhrálo zápas, a na party si do jednoho domu pozvali dvě striptérky. Jedna z nich zakrátko obvinila tři studenty, že jí znásilnili na záchodě. Mladí muži byli ve škole suspendováni, kouč lacrossového týmu vyhozen a 80 profesorů napsalo rozhočený dopis odsuzující tuto událost a rasismus.
V červnu 2006 byli tito tři studenti zatčeni a obžalováni ze znásilnění a dalších kriminálních sexuálních přestupků na základě výpovědi černé stripérky. Při soudním slyšení prohlásilli, že jsou nevinni a že budou ospravedlněni. V listopadu byl jejich okresní žalobce znovu zvolen na platformě tvrdého pronásledování zločinců a ochrany práv minorit.
V prosinci 2006 bylo obvinění ze znásilnění zrušeno na základě nedostatku důkazů. Hlavně se nenašla na těle stripérky DNA žádného z obžalovaných. Dnes hlavní prokurátor státu Severní Karolina zrušil i ostatní obvinění a prohlásil tři studenty za nevinné.
Tento soudní případ má mnoho aspektů, ale pro mne jsou důležité rasismus, politická korektnost a hon za penězi a mocí. Černá prostitutka věděla, že politická korektnost v rasových otázkách bude na její straně, a že si získá popularitu a peníze přesto, že lže. Bude se stavět jako oběť bílé nadvlády.
Okresní žalobce se spoléhal na to, že mu ke znovuzvolení pomohou černí voliči a politicky korektní bílí voliči. Ukazoval se jako zastánce černé oběti a bojovník za spravedlnost, i když věděl, že žádné důkazy o znásilnění třemi bílími mladíky neexistují.
Přes dokázanou nevinu, jsou skutečnými obětmi této aféry tři studenti. Jejich rodiny přišli o úspory na advokáty a jejich jména zůstanou navždy pošpiněna touto záležitostí. Okresní žalobce bude zřejmě zbaven právní licence a bude souzen o náhradu. Černá prostitutka dostala od státního prokurátora imunitu. Politicky korektní lidé budou hledat další příležitost k uplatnění. |
