Cancellation Policy: CollegePrepExpress, LLC will grant a full refund for any and all cancellations up to 48 hours before an appointment, a 50% refund for cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment.

Except in rare cases of severe illness, CollegePrepExpress offers no refunds for sessions purchased in packages; however, the hours remaining on credit can be used for 12 months for the date of receipt.

IN NO EVENT, SHALL CollegePrepExpress, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE BY ANYONE ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR PURSUING ANY FORM OF ONLINE TUTORING OR COMMUNICATION.
