an update on the nut roast...Pork Scratchings anyone?
Hey, just thought I'd update you all on progress
with my bi-weekly toasting sessions (see here
)... or rather lack of... It seems I belong to the 0.0000something % of folk
that UV-B doesn't help. Bit of a bummer really. Dad wouldn't have been surprised
had he still been around, he always said I was an awkward so*. All I have to
show for my time in the box is a nice covering of crispy skin (pork scratchings
anyone...?) and an increased risk of nasty things happening in later life. Ho
hum, c'est la vie (I seem to be using that expression an awful lot
recently....!). Nothing for it but to open a bottle of wine.
