These are the guidelines for submitting articles, which include blogs, observation reports and other articles to the AAS website.
> Use plain text for articles. All formatting (from word processors) is lost. Do not use
> Pictures can be included, up to 2 for blogs, and up to 4 for observing reports. If required, indicate in the text where you would like the picture placed: {picture12.jpg}, for example. I can use .jpg files - I will resize for the website. Note: If you just want to submit pictures, I will place the pictures in the club photos section. Use a descriptive file name.
> Blogs: I'm looking for short (1 - 4 paragraphs or so) articles. These would be for example, ramblings about astronomy and observing, short reviews on new (to you or the club) astronomy hardware, new ideas in astronomy, club comments, etc. Observing reports will be placed in the observing section.
> I'm also interested in "What's up in the sky" (monthly) articles. If I receive enough of these reports, I will make a new tab for the web site.
