Upchurch in Old Picture Postcards

the Upchurch Collection

Upchurch is a small Kentish village and until recently had no photographic history. The Upchurch Collection was started to collect and keep a proper record of village life. This is in the form of a book "Upchurch in Old Picture Postcards" - now in it's second edition, a DVD presentation and of course the photographs  which now total 300 prints.

The only aim of the Upchurch Collection is retain a photographic history of the village and perhaps by remembering our past we can safeguard our future village life.
