Mike's Space

For a long time, I wrote various and sundry articles and responses to articles at other's sites on the internet.

Then I started my own blog at blogspot. Then, with the founding of my family genealogy website, I figured I just as well create my own personal site, just in case someone was actually interested in my opinion or my works.

My name is Mike Graham. I am a nearly 42 year old husband, father, restaurant manager and curator of the family archives. I enjoy reading, writing and trying to beat Civilization IV on its highest settings. During my younger years, I was a newspaper production manager, editor and a self-employed graphic designer.

I love my wife, my children and my grandmother more than they know and I sometimes wish I had a positive relationship with my parents. I believe in social justice and personal responsibility and think if our politicians did, we would live in a radically different world.

I am always interested in others opinions, especially if they are wrong, because it allows me to have something to debate. I also think the Mythbusters kick a**, and that the History Channel is highly underrated. I am an amateur photographer and professional graphic artist. One day soon, I hope to begin using my designs for more than my websites. I hope you like my work.

These are my thoughts, dreams, poems and opinions. You may not agree with me or like what I have to say, but I will always have something worth reading.
