Pili Puppet Demonstrated   March 3, 2006    Pili Puppet    Puppet Performance       Wait a minute for it to download. This movie clip was taken at a Taiwan Pili Puppet Event. It was held at a night market in Chiayi, Taiwan. Mr. Wu, the puppeteer has been doing this work for 12 years. The voice of the Pili Puppet is a voice master who does all the voices (including the females) for the Pili Puppets. This puppet is the kind of puppets we are going to purchase for the Puppet Project. However we will purchase the medium size as opposed to this larger one. After the performance I asked Mr. Wu some questions and told him about my puppet project idea. He then offered to help train the puppeteers.
