i2010 Digital Libraries: Questions for online consultation


Much of our interest in submitting answers to the questions of the Commission is to be able to develop the reality of the Digital re-Discovery of Culture [DrDC], especially with respect to the DrDC game and EduTainment.

For personal ease of consultation and comment we will use simple acronyms for the list of 8 questions:

DOA: Digitisation and online accessibility
--- Of course, DOA has interesting expansions such as "dead on arrival", "digitised on arrival", ...

PDC: Preservation of digital content

The actual numbering of the questions will be preserved.

Hence, here is our scheme:
