What is this thing which we are calling the Digital re-Discovery of Culture (DrDC ) ?

Let us begin at the very beginning? The word Culture occurs in AgriCulture, AquaCulture and PopularCulture and therefore, the very idea of culture is in farming, fishing and the world of "pop". One speaks of high culture and low culture. What does it mean to be cultured? We might speak of Irish Culture and Bulgarian Culture. Does this word Culture have the same meaning in all of these contexts?

YES!

Culture is about growth (and change) and life. Culture is about becoming. Culture is organic. It is a continuous change, not a disjoint change. Change is growth and life.
