Storm’s Belly Babies classes are specifically designed for the mother-to-be. This is a gentle, but effective, way to prepare yourself for the birth and afterwards. Performed regularly this exercise is good for your physical and mental health.


You must be over 12 weeks pregnant to start at Belly Babies. Once you have given birth, you can return to Belly Babies after your 6 week check up. In all cases, you must consult your obstetrician or midwife before joining.
