Getting to the EOC
The EOC is located on Milwaukee halfway between Route 137 on the north and Route 176 on the south, at the corner of Winchester and Milwaukee just north of downtown Libertyville. Winchester House (a nursing facility that is part of the county complex), is on the northwest corner.
The entrance to the parking area is off of Winchester Road about 1/8 mile west of Milwaukee Avenue at the second driveway. It is clearly marked as the entrance to the County Complex. Look for a large antenna, and park in the lot nearest the base of the antenna. You'll see a lot of police cars, but you're in the right place. (The EOC is the building to the north of Winchester House, and closest to Milwaukee Avenue at the rear of the complex.)
Look for signs on the door of the EOC for "Amateur Radio Testing."
