Day 317



B - 1/2 bialy with lite cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato. on the other half: grilled ham, lite swiss cheese slice.
L- Vegetarian chili with cut up chicken breast
Afternoon Snack (5:30 PM) - 1 banana, 6 oz ff yogurt with high fiber cereal mixed in
D - Wife's lunch (her boss took her out for sushi, leaving her take out meal for take-home): although not a diet meal it was a normal size portion: cavatelli pasta in sauce with a breaded chicken cutlet with a Marsala type sauce.
Late night: (10:55 PM): handful of walnuts, handful of almonds, 2.5 bowls of Crispex cereal with ff milk, 3-4 slices challah bread, 1 brownie
Water - not to great but at least over 40 oz.

Nothing interesting to report today. I am going for night #3 of no overeating. Tonight will be tough as I was done eating at 5:45 PM. I am ready for the demons. Right calf still sore. Today was suppose to be a cardio day. I could have done some light treadmill walking but why push it until the calf has had enough rest. Judging by the pain this evening, there should be little or no pain tomorrow - just in time for my appointment with the personal trainer.
