Small Steps
A quick recap of last night. When the cravings came in to eat sometime
after dinner. I was mentally prepared. I was expecting them. I held them off for
a bit but at 9:45 PM I headed for the kitchen. I chose wisely - a ff yogurt with
a high fiber and high protein mixed in. The other good thing was that I limited
myself to one piece of baked chicken for dinner.
It's a start - I
hope.
