He is currently working on the third ChxllSeeker album "Chxll", a vocal jazz project designed as a tribute to some of the legends who he most admires and what he describes as “Deep Loung” music. It features guest vocals from the incredible smooth, vibrant voice of Lance ellington and Merv’s four part (Singer’s Unlimited, Manhattan Transfer) vocal arrangements and lyrical piano solo's.

In 2001 Merv and actor Scott Maslen formed the DVD & MP3 music label ChxllSeeker. Together they created the concept for a new generation of audio-visual chill-out entertainment combining 3D animation, live action video and 5.1 surround sound music.
