CORT AND FATBOY: The Star Wars 30th Anniversary Geektacular

I was unbelievably sleep-deprived and punchy for this particular "Cort and Fatboy" broadcast -- totally off my radio game, which never comes easily to me anyway -- but this is a fun show, for a few reasons:

1. I officially start pimping the June 22-23 "Serenity" charity screenings at Portland's Hollywood Theatre.

2. We also announce that "Firefly" episodes will start showing on the big screen Tuesday, July 10 at McMenamin's Mission Theater. (More on this soon.)

3. We kind of unleash on "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End." Big disappointment, IMO.

4. And otherwise, the entire show is pretty much a wall-to-wall discussion of "Star Wars" and how it's been warping our minds for three decades. And Fatboy created some fantastic "Star Wars" remixes for the show that I've been spinning in my iPod ever since. (You can find a link to this music over at Fatboy's MySpace blog. Ahem.)
