I dare someone to submit a photo of a Pepsi can




My silliest hobby? An ongoing, Sisyphean effort to get photos on Jones Soda bottle labels.

It started last year. On a lark, I submitted label candidates through the Jones Web site. Anyone can do it. Everyone gets to grade your entries. It's brutal.

Months passed. Then I got a letter informing me that my wife would be appearing on bottles of FuFu Berry Soda.

Well, that was like letting a compulsive gambler win at roulette. After that, submitting label photos became a periodic obsession.

Now available at your local supermarket: my wife


In one of the day's more surprising developments, I just received a letter informing me that my lovely bride will be appearing on bottles of Jones Soda (FuFu Berry flavor, if you're interested).

No, really:




Serves me right for posting a bunch of digital photos in their online gallery for laughs last summer.
