What is an "Ad Guy"?

As I'm using the term, "ad guy" is a kind of throwback to the golden age of advertising and guys like Bill Bernbach, Howard Gossage and Saul Bass. These were guys who certainly made ads of all sorts, but more importantly, they solved problems.

That's basically what I do. The ideal application of my talents is to develop and manage a multi-disciplinary marketing campaign for a results-oriented, socially conscious business. My approach is to speak to an audience rather than at them.

Though I started my career as an art director/graphic designer, after twenty years of experience, I'm also a writer, producer, and all-around strategic thinker.
