Telí

After breakfast we climbed the rocks until we came to the original village. Like many other villages along the escarpment, Téli gradually moved down a little lower, but very near their former habitations. The Tellem buildings were quite close, but still many were quite high and would require extensive climbing. Peering into a female granary, we saw the four large compartments with a smaller round one in the center. The females store crops and personal possessions such as jewelry, cloth and money. The interior of male granary was more simple in style.
